Ming blue and white flower pot painted using a simple brushed bird and flower motif. Rim of pot is decorated using soft brushwork in a scroll ring pattern. Glazed body has some firing flaws and flaked regions. Unglazed base is heavily potted and includes hole for drainage.

Large turquoise ground famille rose bowl with side handles from Republic Period or earlier. Piece is decorated with characters "wan shou wu jiang" (longevity), stylized bats (happiness), in a background of lotus sprigs. Cover handle is decorated with a finely drawn chrysanthemum, border of bowl rim and cover with a key-fret borders.

Beautifully enameled famille rose teapot in falangcai style. Highly detailed painted crane and "three friends of winter": pines, flowering plum trees, and bamboo- together symbolizing persistence and endurance through hard times. Square red mark present on the side of the teapot along with an inscribed poem. Chinese character "shou" is inscribed on the spout and bottom has a Jiangxi "precious product" mark.

Superbly modeled and heavily potted Dehua figure of Guanyin sitting on lotus base with leaves and petals. The deity is wearing flowing loose robes, elaborate headdress, beaded pectoral jewelry, while holding a scroll in her left hand. Unctuous cream-white glaze with slight pinkish hue. Gourd mark and square mark of well-known 17th century sculptor Ho Chaozong (Ho Zhaozong).

Well modeled Dehua figure of Puxian, a Bodhisattva known as the Lord of the Truth, who represents the practice and meditation of all Buddhas. Although she is often confused with Quanyin (Kuan Yin), she is typically seated on an Indian elephant. Covered with unctuous cream glaze with a subtle brownish tint, the deity wears a large jeweled pectoral with a central flower and holds a lotus sprig in her right hand (symbolizes longevity). Gourd mark and honorific square seal of famous 16th century sculptor He Chaozong (He Zhaozong) in reverse. Old hand painted character "fu" in back meaning wealth and felicity.

Finely modeled figure of Guanyin dressed in flowing robes. The deity is wearing a jeweled necklace, "ruyi" hairpin and scepter in her left hand. In Chinese culture, ruyi symbolizes the ability to attain your wishes. Two impressed seals on the reverse of the heavily potted body, including a gourd seal.

Dehua blanc de Chine figure of Sakyamuni Buddha. A modeled reverse swastika on the chest, known in Buddhism as the "omote (front) manji", represents love and mercy. Figure holds a jewel in the right hand and points open right hand downward in bhumisparsa "calling the earth to witness" mudra or gesture. Impressed seal in the reverse.
