| Relics of the Nile is very pleased to present this superb rare ancient Egyptian New Kingdom ushabti. This ushabti is fragmented at the bottom, but the remaining upper portion remains superbly intact. Only the feet are missing, but the piece has been professionally mounted for quality display. The facial features on this piece are brilliant and the colors are even better. Vibrant colors of red, black, and yellow cover the piece. The facial features are superb as well, with the Nemes headcloth painted in black. The piece itself measures a very impressive 6" in height (plus the size of base, which brings the overall display height to 8.75".) The piece dates from the New Kingdom (1,550 - 1,070 B.C.). A nice addition to any Egyptian collection. | ||
