| Relics of the Nile is very pleased to present this outstanding ancient Egyptian scarab. This scarab is composed of steatite and is in excellent condition with intact suspension hole. (It would make a nice piece of jewelry). The scarab features excellent detail to the back and base. The bottom depicts a very intricate scene of hieroglyphics including a papyrus leaf, and what appears to be the plume of Osiris. The artifact measures a nice display size of 3/4".
