The size of Chawan: 4 5/8" Dia x 2 7/8" High. Unuusal Japanese Karatsu Chawan. It has fine shape with very unuusal color glazing inside. It has one grass like design at the front. It came with kiri wood box. The condition of chawan excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline other than Karatsu glazing. Dating from Late Edo to Early Meiji period, late 19th century. The size of Kogo: 7 cm Dia(2 3/4") x 1.8cm(3/4") Dating from Late 18th century, Mid Edo. Condition: very good except noting, there is one hairline in the size of 4cm long inside and outside bottom showing. No Hotsu(nick) and no restoration. The Kogo is made with crackle glazing Kiyomizu ware, earthenware. It has the design of Kiri Mon and another Yotsume Bishi Mon design painted with Gosu blue and green, also in gold. The size of Kogo: 6.2cm Dia(2 1/2") x 1.5cm(5/8") Dating from Late 18th century, Mid Edo. Condition: very good except noting, there is a couple of hairline in the size of 1cm and 2mm. The bottom has small Hotsu(nick) in the size of 2-3mm.The Kogo is made with crackle glazing Kiyomizu ware, earthenware. It has the design of Awa(millet) design painted with Gosu blue and green, also in gold. The gold is little fade away, but no restoration. It came with Kiri(paulownia) wood box.

The size of Chaire: 2" Dia x 3 1/8"H. Very pretty Japanese Anqieu Seto Chaire with Silk Shifuku. The Chaire is Katatsuki(with shoulder) style. It is by Seto. Keshiki is very nice as well as the finish of glazing and shape finely made. The cover is by bone or ivory. The condition of Chaire is wonderful, no chip, no crack and no hairline. Dating from Meiji period to early Taisho.(1890-1920)

The size of Vase: 8 1/2" High x 4 1/8". Beautiful Japanese Stoneware Flower Vase, with aqua green glazing over black glazing. The vase is done by Miyako-no-Jo Yaki in Kyushu Island in Miyazaki prefecture(todays name). Miyako-no-Jo Yaki was originated in 1781 by Arimura Kiheiji who was the Satsuma Yaki, Katano artisan, he was invited by Shimazu Daimyo to open the kiln in Miyako-no-Jo.
