| The size of Dish: 4 5/8" Dia x 1" High. Nice Japanese Antique Kutani Dish. The dish is made by fine crackle galze Satsuma type body. The center design with Ho-O(Phoenix) bird and Kiri-Mon design. The primary color of green, blue yellow and darker lavender with little red. It is well painted enamel work. Outside has red line and pretty emerald green. It is marked with Kutani in red. Very unusual dish. The condition of both dish are excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline other than normal crackle glazing finish like Satsuma. There is no scratch as well as no wear on surface and other part. There is Hittsuki on rightside dish as last photo showing at the edge of dish. Price is marked for the pair. Dating from Meiji Period (1868-1900). | |||||||||||||
