| The height size of Stand and Cup : 6 7/8" High x 5 1/2" Dia. Stand size: 4 1/2" High x 5 1/2" Dia. The cover size: 3 3/4" Dia. The size of Cup: 3 1/2" Dia x 2" High. Imari Cup with Beautiful Roiro Makie Tenmoku Stand and cover. The whole set is used for serving tea at noble family for guest. The cup has Genroku Bijin design with cherry blossom beautifully painted. The condition of both makie stand, cover and Imari cup are excellent condition. No chip, no crack and no hairline, very little wear. The stand has very slightly wobble on the bottom, but putting a piece of felt tip should stablize. Dating from Meiji period(1868-1912). Stand and cover are made by wooden body with Roiro Makie. | |||||||||||||
