Large Danish neolithic flint axe, dating to the Time of the great Buriel Mounts, 3200-2800 BC. The axe is large and broad in hand, measuring 21-22 cm. A thinbutted axe, unpolished, displaying very fine workmanship with fine knapping (chipping).
Condition: Choice. Minor ancient wear, wonderful mottled brown patina.
