Pure white glaze. Jiajing six characters mark in underglaze blue and of the period, 1522-1566. Ching-te Chen kilns. Ming Dynasty. There is a yellow and red CK label marked # 695 on the base. Chinese porcelain blue (cobalt) monochrome glazed "tear-drop" elongated VASE of ovoid form and a tall slender tapering neck covered in a thick blue glaze. Ming 17th Century. The vase is of a dark rich, natural cobalt blue color thinning to a mushroom colored rim. The condition is good, minor glaze scratches, however, the neck is slightly misshaped. Chinese porcelain monochrome RUBY-glazed STEM CUP with a 6 character Qianlong horizontal underglaze mark on the inside of the base of the vessel. Chinese porcelain Snuff Bottle with 3 lions sporting with brocaded ball "Shih-tzu kun hsiu ch'iu." in underglaze blue on a light gray crackled "oatmeal," background. There is a 4 character Qialong Period seal mark in underglaze blue on base. Some minute firing flaws, otherwise in excellent condition. Complete condition report and price upon request. Height is 3.25 inches or 8.3 cms. The diameter at base is 3.7 cms.
