Set of 30 Ukiyoe (wood block prints) by 13 different 18th century Japanese artists each print with the colors accurately reproduced, sharp and clear, backed & matted
with a tissue paper cover and cover for each print. The outside portfolio is of silk on all sides with gold embossed letters. The inside of the portfolio (see pix #2) has an old poem ny Taikenmon-in Horikawa taken from a collection of tanka poetry, Senzaishu, compiled c. 1187 which translates as follows:
