Very Shibui Rectangular woven Bamboo JAPANESE LETTER BOX with a removable COVER. Some slight damage to the corner of both the box and lid. (see pix #3 & 4) Patina is wonderful. Dimensions are 11.5 inches or 29 cms. x 8.5 inches or 22 cms. x 2.15 inches in depth or 5.5 cms. Circa: 1930's.
