| Two pages from a book published in Japan in 1908 were skillfully joined and hinged in Tokyo,Japan. The print depicts a rather dark skinned Sumo wrestler tangled up with his opponent whose face is obscured. Off to the side is a Kabuki-like actor with a mask (an archer) who is prodding the wrestlers. Very animated. The artist's name is "Kimustu." Condition is good, no foxing. Dimensions are 10.25" x 7.5" Circa: 1908. Matting and framing are available for a gift. | ||
