With its four stacking tiers, the two middle ones covered with diverse images of precious objects in the 100 Antiques style, the top with a band of ruyi and a "Shou" character in yellow enamel on the top, the bottom with a band of ruyi, the interior with a turquoise glaze, the base unmarked. 5 1/4 in. high x 3 1/2 in. diam.
Provenance: Albany, New York collection Condition excellent. Except for some discoloration on the interior turquoise enamel with minor losses, no chips, breaks or damages. It is unusual to find a cloisonne sweet meats tiered round box, let alone one of this quality. Most sweet meats round boxes are made of porcelain.
