Pair of Antique Glass Vanity Jars C. 1860 American From our civil war era comes a pair of glass vanity jars. Tall jar measures 6 1/2 inches high, 1 3/8 inch in diameter. 5.37 oz. Short jar measures 1 1/4 inches high, 1 3/8 inches in diameter and 1.89 oz. Tall jar originally held the toothbrush while traveling. The short jar held creams. Elaborate monogram on screw top but the lettering is indistinguishable. Just a lovely design. The glass bottle and top measures 4 3/8 inches high, 2 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches deep. The screw-on sterling top measures 1 inch high and 1 1/4 inches in diameter. The item is in pristine original condition.
