| Pair of Georgian 18K Gold & Chrysoprase Earrings Circa. 1810-1820 British Stunning and fabulous pair of Georgian chrysoprase and gold earrings. 18k gold tested with 18k acid. Chrysoprase is a variety of chalcedony that is apple green in color due to the presence of nickel. Chrysoprase tested with refractive index liquid. Each earring measures 2 inches long with wire and 1 3/4 inches long without wire. 5/8 inch wide at its widest. 7.8 gr. 5.0 dwt. The wires are 10k yellow gold tested with 10k acid. The wires could very well be a replacement. Remainder of earring is 18k gold. In pristine original condition | |||||||||||
