An Imperial Russian railway jeton.The Jeton made of Gold Silver and enamel work.The front panel showing a locomotive bordered by enamel sections in the Russian colours and dated 1913.The reverse showing a camel bordered by three Green enamel sections.All set into a Silver mount with suspension loop.The center section fully marked with the 56 zolotnik standard.Most likely made to commerate the opening of a section of railroad and presented as a gift to a worker or engineer.Jetons such as these wo ...click for details

A Russian egg pendant.Marked to the suspension loop with the 56 zolotnik gold standard and kokoshnik facing right for manufacure 1908-1917 St Petersburg.The egg decorated with guilloche enamel panels in red and oyster white with gilded stars to the centers.The gold bands highlighted with smaller square panels in Royal Blue.Condition is excellent with no damage or wear to the enamel.Size including the loop 22mm.The suspension loop is a replacement thus explaining the lack of a makers mark.Most li ...click for details
