| Meticulously hand carved Kashmiri Samovar. Heavily patinated, This particular samovar has some amazingly fine foliate detail featuring flowers and leaves, with a serpent handle, and fancy ornamental openwork above the lid, and at the base. It is in very good condition. Measuring 10 " tall, and 12" from handle to spout, and weighing a little over four pounds this is far more solid and substantial than usual for Kashmir copperwork from this period, This is estimated to be made in Kashmir 100 to 150 years ago. | ||
