Okay, I admit I don't know everything. But this bowl, I believe, is made by L.G. Wright. It has the Eye-Winker and Sweetheart motif's. What may be confusing is the interior. It is Fenton's Barnyard scene (see attached 2nd photo). That may be solved by being made by Fenton for LG Wright, which would be normal.
Imperial made Cape Cod from 1932-83. This 6.5" covered candy is in excellent condition. The reeded handle is missing as these invariably dried out and broke off.
