An excellent Middle Bronze Age oil lamp from the Holy Land, c. 1730-1550 BC. This wheel made clay oil lamp with rounded base is 5-1/4” long, 5-1/4” wide and 2” high. Made from orange-buff clay, wet-smoothed, with sides pinched to form spout. Nice mineral encrustation and blackening around spout.

A Middle Bronze Age wheel made clay oil lamp with flat base from the Holy Land, ca. 1730-1550 BC. Orange-buff clay, wet-smoothed, with sides pinched to form spout and rolled lip. Nice mineral encrustation and blackening around spout. 5-1/4” long, 5-1/4” wide, 2” high.

An excellent Holy Land Early Iron Age oil lamp from Judea, ca. 1200 BC. This wheel made dark buff clay oil lamp with a flat base is deeply pinched to form the spout. A nice example in excellent condition, with nice mineral encrustation and burn marks at the spout and just a small, ancient rim chip. It is 6-1/4” long, 6” wide,2-1/2” high.
