Japanese Meiji Period fine multi-metal gold, silver and shakudo inlaid bronze Nagoya Koro on four feet with a finial in a shape of Kirin, signed by the artist. The Koro has two handles. The patina is of original green-brown color. There are three silver and gold inlaid cranes with shakudo plants and water over the front of the koro. There is a sea-scape with coast lines, one with shakudo trees, another with shakudo mountains.
