Fine museum quality Japanese Edo Period (late 18th-early 19th century) tripod gosu-blue Satsuma Jar with sculptural decorations. The lid has an okimono on top of it with two girls, one of which holds a sake cup with writing on it and another girl, in a running position, holds a big spoon on her shoulder and a cup in her right hand with writings on it.
