Superior quality miniature Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) Kinkozan signed Satsuma Vase with two decorative shields: one depicts go-game players and a lamp above agame-board, and another shield depicts three seating and one standing samurai inside a house. The background of the vase is extremely fine decorated with scrolls and blossom; the top and bottom of the vase have gold decorations. 3 1/2" tall
