Japanese Edo Period early 19th century Satsuma Okimono of Kannon with Lotus, seated on Baku. Koro's lid is made in a shape of a saddle. Baku has a great character, its trunk is raised and tusks are gilded. Kannon has fine decorations over kimono and great details. This is a rare and big okimono. 11 3/4" long x 10 3/4" tall x 5 1/4"

The plate is very detailed; people's clothes are finely decorated, and the painting is raised . The purple -blue background has symbolic decorations. 8 1/8" D x 1 1/8" tall

Top quality Japanese Meiji Period (19th century) tripod Satsuma Teapot with a leaf-shaped shields , decorated with a scene of 6 aristocrats over the interior of the house and another one with a lady and 4 samurai over landscape with a tree and mountains, and a marquee on a background. The rest of the teapot has fine hand-painted decorations. A nose and handle mounts as well as the bottom of the teapot have symbolic decorations. The Teapot is signed. It is 4" D x 1 3/4" tall
