Magnificent Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) tone changing Porcelain Vase signed by Masukichi Kawamoto. It is decorated with blue and white color enamel with apple and flower blossoms with branches design over the tone changing light-blue to white color enamel background, imitating morning fog. The unglazed signature of the artist is on the bottom of the vase. 7 3/4" tall x 5" D.

The Vase is made with wide craquelure with light pink color flower blossom design over the top, a light-green neck and blue symbolic decorations over the bottom part of the vase. Magnificent Japanese mid 19th century blue and white HIRADO Vase with moriage (low-relief) raised ornaments over the top and the lower part of the vase. The Vase is decorated with four sculptural heads of dragons as handles and very fine painting of two eagles on Pine tree branches over the center of the vase. Symbolic blue and white decorations are made over the upper and lower part of the vase. 12 1/4" tall x 9 1/2" wide. It is heavy by weight.

One of a kind beautiful Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) pair of BANKO Pottery vases with a raised enamel. The vases depict a scene of Ashinaga and Tenaga fighting with and octopus on one side and Ashinaga and Tenaga with funny faces on opposite side of each vase. The vases have brick-red color background, low-relived raised enameling and Banko seals on the bottom. 6 3/4" tall x 5 7/8" D each.
