| An amazing example of the Art Deco Period, this Antique Diamond Ring dates circa 1920. The setting is original Art Deco Filigree composed of 14K White Gold with a Rhodium or Platinum finish giving it a gorgeous crisp clean appearance. The setting incorporates butterflies on the sides, a favorite of French designers of the day and is in amazing original condition. The center holds a genuine Diamond set in more filigree which is set in genuine Rock Crystal. There are four antique emerald cut Emeralds (most likely lab stones as was popular at the time) giving it even more of that wonderful 1920's Art Deco style. The entire ring measures about 3/4 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide and is in beautiful estate condition. There are some nicks to the Emerald stones, but they are stable and noticeable upon close inspection. An outstanding example of original rare Art Deco Period jewelry.
