A fine 20th Century Florentine pietra dura scenic plaque signed B. Lastrucci. The image is of a small house along a road in the mountains and incorporates numerous types of semi precious stone to form the scene. The plaque comes from the workshop of Bruno Lastrucci who is considered a master of the art of pietra dura. Condition: Excellent. The plaque measures 4" in height and 6" in width. A fine assortment of Italian carved hardstone fruit, c. 1960. There are plums and other miscellaneous fruit, six in total. They measure approximately 4" and are in very good condition with some minor chippage to the stone.
A pair of Italian rose quartz and green quartz grapes, Circa 1950. The full bunches are made from carved rose quartz and another type of quartz. The grape leaves are carved from a dark green hardstone. The pieces are in very good condition. Dimensions: Length 6" and 5".

This is a Jasper stone from the USSR which is mounted in a green stone frame. The plaque is marked RUMA JASPER Made in USSR. It measures 4 3/8" by 3 1/4" and is wired for hanging.
