An English earthenware footed vegetable dish, probably Coalport circa 1840. The decoration is inspired by a Japanese Imari design and utilizes the typical palette. The dish is has a scalloped edge with an acanthus leaf border. Condition is very good. Dimensions: Height 2 3/8", Length 10 1/2", Depth 8 3/4".
