An exquisite Art Deco platinum, diamond and synthetic sapphire bracelet, circa 1920-1930. The design of the bracelet is composed of vertical rectangular segments, mille grain edges and chased design sides. The bracelet tests platinum. There is a hidden box clasp with a fold over clasp under the box and an attached 14K white gold safety chain. There are a total of 94 2.20-2.40mm, Old European round brilliant cut, single cut and Old Swiss cut diamonds. Estimated total diamond weight is 5.00 ct.t.w. Clarity ranges from VVS2 to Si1, color E to F. There are 47 rectangular French cut synthetic sapphires measuring approx. 3.80 X 2.8mm. Synthetics were commonly used in the Art Deco period. Dimensions: Length 6 3/4", long and 10.00mm wide. Condition is excellent and it weighs 31.4 grams. A full gemological appraisal accompanies the bracelet. Retail replacement value is $26,500.
