Stoneware vase designed by Gerd Bogelund (b. 1923) for Royal Copenhagen, Denmark. Decorated with incised pattern in red brown glaze with sparks of ochre. Bogelund worked for Royal Copenhagen until 1942, and she returned in 1946 working as an artist-in-residence. Signed: Royal Copenhagen GB monogram. Excellent condition. 6 inches tall (15.5 cm). 5½ inches wide (14 cm).
