Like a gem-candy gumdrop, this natural cabachon red spinel is held in a basket setting in a beautifully worked 20k yellow gold ring. It's an unusually high cabachon cut but it looks yummy in this ring and as enough light passes through the prongs, the life of the stone really pops. There is a small chip on the base of the stone (underneath); the stone was obviously in this condition when it was set around 1900. It is size 5.5 and weighs 7.8 grams. There is something very rich and lusciou ...click for details

A very interesting carved jade ring set in a 14k yellow gold mounting; the gallery is elegantly worked with simple lines. The jade is very nicely carved and measures 4mm in thickness. The unusual shape measures 1 1/4" x 3/4". Currently, there is a ring guard in the shank but it measures size 6 3/4. It weighs 14.8 grams. We believe this ring to be from the 1920's.
