This Victorian fob is a rare find, with an interesting two-toned quartz pattern set in gold. Two of the triangles are a rose colored quartz and the other two range from gray to white. The back has an oval panel that lifts up to reveal a place for a photo or a lock of hair. The rectangle measures 25 mm by 21 mm and total weight is 12.2 grams. Cut en cabochon, the focal point of this lovely flower is a luscious, deep red garnet. An original Victorian antique ring, it is crafted in 14k yellow gold. Note the intricate design of the beautifully carved shoulders. The ring size is just between a 6 1/2 and 6 3/4. The garnet itself measures 4 mm by 6 mm and the widest part the ring measures 3/8" from north to south. The ring weighs 3.6 grams and is in very good antique condition.
