This is a finely made French Art Nouveau enamel portrait brooch, featuring a beautiful maiden with pouty lips and a feathered hat. She is done in shades of white, grey and taupe enamel with a red enamel background. The portrait is framed in a sterling Art Nouveau embellished frame, with a Griffin on one side and a bouquet of flowers on the other. The brooch measures 1 3/4" from top to bottom and 1 1/2" across.
