| This lovely modern ring from the 1970's is set with a juicy natural ceylon sapphire encircled by a ring of white and sparkling diamonds, in a ridged 18K yellow gold setting. The sapphire measures 9 mm by 7 mm and the ring is 15 mm wide in the front and tapers to 6 mm wide in the back. It weighs a hefty 19.5 grams.
