| These interesting and colorful earrings feature luscious oval faceted pink tourmalines and emeralds in an 18k yellow gold claw type setting. The top piece holds a * approx. 9.5mm by 6.5mm faceted oval pink tourmaline in 12 prongs, from which suspends an *approx. 13.5mx8mm faceted oval pink tourmaline which is surrounded by 14 round faceted natural green emeralds set into the mounting. These are made as clip earrings, but can easily be converted to posts. The back clip portion of the earrings appears to be a gold colored base metal. These earrings weigh 12.7 grams. The rich and pretty gem-candy color combination, as well as the movement, offer a very exciting pair of dramatic earrings. C. 1960's. | ||||||
