| This sophisticated and gorgeous platinum and diamond necklace, which the French label "negligee", has an elegant and understated style that suggests it can be worn with a silk blouse and jeans or with black tie attire. The top, double loop, is set with 32 rose cut diamonds from which 2 pendants swing: one set with 4 mine-cut diamonds ending in a pave circle of 10 old-cut diamonds with an *approx. 0.90ct.total weight and the other pendant with 3 mine-cut diamonds terminating in 0.55ct. totaling *approx. 0.80ct. total weight. This piece, dating from 1900-1920, is elegant, sexy, beautiful, and looks like no other diamond necklace. The movement from the two pendants invites the light to bounce off the tables of the diamonds in each pendant and the elegance of the design is seen only in copies.
