| American in origin, this is a beautiful Art Nouveau period locket featuring a lovely lady in her garden, surrounded by lilies of the valley. There is a small mine-cut diamond accent. There are two gold frames to hold the photos and one original photo remains in the locket. The back has three initials in typical Art Nouveau style. There is a small blemish to the front of the locket at 4 o'clock, which appears to be original to the creation of the piece. Although easily visible in our magnified photo, it is barely noticeable with the naked eye. The locket measures 1 1/8" without the bail and weighs 7.9 grams. | ||||||
