This is an 18th century Tibetan ritual sword. The hilt is made of wood and steel. The wooden part, designed as a vajra, is encircled by beautiful supportive twisted strips of steel. The double edged steel blade of triangular form ends in a pointed tip. The blade shows a rough surface.
