Rare plaster bust of German officer-WWII-was probably part of an installation in military museum ca 1940s--base most likely made from form but rest of bust hand formed-surface, a gilt/verdergris paint may have been retouched--face of figure bears two small scars-from shrapnel or dueling ? piece is signed with monogram incised in back-believe bust represents a German officer hero and is not generic-19 inches high-13 inches wide-6 inches deep-base is attached-rare piece of military history

A very old Turkish dagger-at least 18thc possibly earlier-fine blade that shows wear-solid brass handle that has worn incised flowers--form appears atypical for Turkish as it forms cross--maybe it belonged to a Christian crusader--pommel is typically Middle Eastern, Mogul or East Indian--very old repairs where blade meets handle-scabbard long gone-heavy-fighting weapon-17.5 inches long-4 inches wide
