This 85-99% tin pewter tzedakah or charity plate was made in Germany by Fine Arts around 1740-60. The plate has a single line border and a well dish in the middle, and is used as a charity plate to collect money in a house of mourning. The initials zayin and nun on the top of the plate stand for Z and N that stand for Zecher Nishmas in memory of the decease.
This beautiful pewter 4 piece tea set was made in England by Liberty & Co c. 1900. This set includes a coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl, and creamer. All are hand hammered and done in the Tudric pattern with a gadroon border. The coffee and tea pot have matching finials as well as a rattan handle. Each piece has a circular tiered base. This 4 pc tea set make a wonderful addition to your table!
