I purchased this point in 1987 from the Arley Hudson collection. It is just shy of 2" long and is 1" wide. It was found in Wyoming. It is very thin and is extremely well chipped. It is made from a beautiful waxy opalized chalcedony. It has plow damage to one side which to me is a plus because it clearly shows authenticity with very well defined patination. It has superb mineralization. Once you hold this one in your hand, you won't let it go.

It shows many levels of patination. It is 7.2" X 5.7". It is attributed to the Chavin culture. Similar figures at The Old Temple from the ceremonial ce ...click for details
