ORIGINAL ART
We have a fairly large collection of original paintings, watercolors and scroll paintings gathered from the US, Europe and the Far East over many years. Our interest ranges from California plein air paintings and trditional landscapes to Impressionist, Expressionist, and Lumanist oils. We also have a large collection of 1930's California style watercolors along with a collection of original contemporary 2oth century Chinese Scroll paintings. Our collection is not as large as it once was, but it still numbers somewhat over 1500 original paintings. So please send us your want lists. We may already have what you want in stock, just not listed on Trocadero yet.
We do not deal in painted over prints, glycees or modern copies of old classics. Just genuine old original one of a kind paintings.
ASIAN ANTIQUES
Our antique Asian Collection includes: Chinese, Japanese and Tibetan bronzes, ceramics, pottery, silver, scrolls, woodblock prints, lacquerware, ivory, and a substantial collection of antique jade and hardstone carvings dating from Neolithic times to the present day.
