WWII German forrestry tunic. First the negatives. The collar has some stitching missing just over the tag and the inside liner has some stitcing out in one place as well as where the sleeves meet on each side. These are not really disfiguring and could be restitched if needed. The collar has some thin spots as it is constructed of a very soft, rich velvet that always tends to wear. On the positive side, this tunic is a high quality example with a lot of extra trim in this fine velvet. Still pres ...click for details

Very scarce steel WWII German Red Cross helmet. Steel DRK helmets are quite hard to find. This example has nice grey paint with minimal wear; Mostly along the bottom edge. Terrific decal is nicely toned and shows only minimal imperfections. There is some scraping on that side of the helmet but nothing disfiguring (See photo). Inside also shows nice. Chinstrap is missing. The rear skirt shows lot numbers and looks to have had a sticker label over it. Very nice helmet.

Nice, solid WWII German single decal helmet. It is sometimes tough to tell, but this does look like a gold decal which would make it Kriegsmarine. Decal shows considerable wear but is undoubtable. Chinstrap is decent and liner is all there but has a signifcant tear in the rear. The shell is in general pretty nice. The lot number on the rear skirt is interesting as it has the rare addition of "DN". This is a seldom used abbreviation that indicates the helmet was made in Germany and not ...click for details

Excellent WKC aluminum luftwaffe sword with presentation reading "Die 5/801 Ihrem Batteriechef Hauptman Gabriel 26 Marz 1941". 5/801 refers to the actual unit number . The rest translates to "Our battery chief Captian Gabirel March 26, 1941". Some minor scratching as aluminum fittings are prone to. Leather hanger and scabbard show some wear; a bit heavier on the hanger but both still respectable. Handle is in excellent shape with only the lightest of wear to the leather grip. ...click for details

An interesting chained NSKK dagger. Similar to other field upgrades it was period plated so fittings match, thus explaining why a plated crossguard has gau marks. Some minor plating thinning to the upper crossguard hints that this plating was done period. Handle has a nice, dark tone with no chipping and a nice, exact fit to both crossguards. Black scabbrd looks to be original paint with only very minor wear that matches the whole dagger as a unit. As it is a field upgrade there are, interesting ...click for details
