This one is a real jaw dropper. Beautiful Middle Eastern sword. The wide blade shows African animals; Packed from handle to tip. Tigers, elephants, camel, wildebeests etc. One area even shows a lion munching on a fresh kill. Really an unbelievable blade. The handle is also very nice with detailed gold inlay showing very little wear. This is really a work of art.

This is just one of those items that rates as too-darn-cool. WWII era whiskey bottle labeled for the 90th Bomb Group famously known as the Jolly Rogers. They flew out of the Pacific and their skull and bones logo is world famous. Even the label states "The Best Damn Heavy Bomb Group in the World". Even the cork is still knocking around inside the bottle. Unique, extremely cool item.

Very hard to find helmet for waist gunner. Certainly used on B-17 but not sure of other 4 engine bombers. This is the early model with the long, pointed ear flaps that were shortened rather quickly as they were too obstructive. This one is in unissued condition. Even though the helmet is metal they somehow applied a slight fuzzy surface. I would assume this fuzz is so that it wasn't too cold to the touch at high altitude (Maybe). Nice little lot of German paper money from during and just after WWI. The first image shows the lot. Image 2 shows two notes from 1914. Image 3 shows two notes from 1917. Image 4 is one note from 1918. Image 5,6,7 show 5 notes from 1920. Image 8 shows one note from 1922 where we start to see Weimar inflation.

Nice set of salt and pepper shakers. All ivory construction. These are old but to be safe I would call them "vintage" instead of "antique". No chips, cracks or other damage that I can find and the threading works perfectly on each. Neat little set.

Ivory napkin rings carved with a dragon motif. Very nice to find in a large set; This is a set of eight. No chips cracks or other damage. This is a fresh estate find and I never clean or "fix" anything; They could use a quick cleaning but again there is no damage. Ivory grain is not easy to photograph but the grain on these is very nice and easily visible on the lfat portions - edge and inside. Nice set priced right.

Classic reference book by David Littlejohn. Foreign Legions of the Third Reich covers uniforms, organization, history etc for foreign volunteer troops both within the Waffen SS and separate from. Volume 2 covers volunteers from Belgium. Great Britain, Holland, Italy and Spain. 1981 first edition. Cover shows very minor usage wear. Pages are bright and sharp throughout. Great book, selling only because it is a double.

Well this item is somewhere between "really cool" and "super cool". As the variety of devices for pickelaube were so vast this salesman was given a set of photographed examples to pedal. The brown envelope is about 31.5x42cm. The text on the envelope identifies it as the offerings of the maker Paul Meybauer and published in Leipzig.
