| A truly handsome brown enamelware coffee pot! This very unusual and older pot from 1910, possibly earlier, is 10 inches tall with a seamed body and seamed gooseneck spout. The ship motif on the side of the pot is framed by a gold line. Bright white raised lilies embellish the design. Both sides of the pot have a design. The condition is good +. There is a bit of roughness around the rims. A grouping of pots with this decor can be seen on page 96 of Brigitte ten Kate-von Eiken's wonderful book on European enamelware (French title: 'Emaillie' /German title: 'Email'). | ||||||
