Nice scrimshaw whale bone busk or corset stay is carved with three designs separated with architectural arrangements. On top is a schooner on the ocean, next is a pirate/sailor, on bottom is a lady with her tiny foot coming out from her skirt.The form has a heart or bosom shpe on the top. I bought it about 30 years ago and it was supposed to have been in the Admiral Perry estate auction. It is in very good condition, 14 inches Beautiful work. Late 18th century early 19th century.

Interesting three draw spyglass from the 19th century, made in France. Brass and leather with a cap on end. Some wear on he black enamel. No company mark as far as I can tell. Is marked Made in France. Closed 13 inches tall, opened 29 inches, 3 3/4 inch diameter at bottom 1 1/2 inch diameter top. Good condition but not perfect. Some scratches and wear.

Fantastic Japanese Walking Stick with carved Ivory handle of a bird with a fish or eel in it's mouth. Great detail 3 1/4 in X 2 in. This is attached to a bamboo stick which is carved in great detail with 15 playful monkeys climbing in and out of bamboo. Three feet tall. In fine condition some cracks in ivory ca. 1880 (more photos if needed)
