Unique pair of Carter Howe and Co. sterling garter buckels are heart shaped and have secret photo frames inside. The hearts are engraved with three ornate initials E R or B and C. They are intertwined so they make a decorative design. Behind each heart when you open up the buckel you find a place for a small picture.
