Elegant elephant ivory carving of a women holding a chrysanthemum is 7 inches tall and the wooden base is 3 3/4 inches X 1 3/4 inches. The drapery folds are beautifully carved and flow like a river revealing her body below. Her face is very delicate and her hair is intricately carved with a bird ornament. Seems to be in perfect condition. ca 1930's (I think).
Double box Japanese lacquer bento box set has all kind of fruit designs. Some damage to the inside of the lid.he wood seems to have a cedar smell. Nice patina and Art Deco design. The picture that I used a flash exaggerates the color, but you can see the design better. ca. 1920's 8 inches tall 10 inch square.
Chinese, Peking Glass snuff bottle has carved bats and peach(?). The cased glass of yellow back ground and green outer layer is carved with a pair of bats on each side and what appears o be a peach on he boom of each side. The top is red and I think amber. The spoon is ivory and in good condition. Nice piece. 2 1/2 X 2 inches. ca 1910
Vibrant Kingfisher feather pin from the turn of the century is almos 2 3/4 + inches long and 1 14 + inches wide. Some feather loss that can be seen in photos. ca 1900
