An unusual sterling silver "Bourbon" decanter tag. The title is spelled out in pierced letters. The back is hallmarked by Leonore Doskow. The designer founded her company in the early 1930s and focused on entirely handmade small silver items for an exclusive clientele. The company is still operating. Ca. 1960. Condition: excellent. Size: 1-9/32" diameter. Weight: 6.0 grams.

Charming Art Deco child's porcelain cup and saucer decorated with transfer scenes depicting "Little Boy Blue". The outside of the cup is decorated on both sides and there is a small scene on the interior, as well. The saucer has three matching small pastoral scenes. The rims and handle are decorated with gilding. Origin: probably England, ca. 1930. Condition: excellent, normal glaze crackling, no chips or cracks. Size: cup, 2-1/2" tall; saucer, 5-1/2" diameter.

Nice wooden recipe box in the form of a book. The cover has burnt and painted decoration showing a cocktail shaker and a beverage. The "title" of the book is "The Art of Mixing Cocktails". The cover opens to reveal a storage area for paper recipe cards specifically designed for cocktail recipes. Ca. 1920. Very good condition; the leather binding on the hinge has dried out and has surface flaking. 6-3/4" x 5-1/4".

This enormous silverplate jigger by Napier measures up to 8oz! Shaped as a shotgun shell, the jigger conceals a music box in the bottom that plays “How Dry I Am”. This is one of the more difficult old Napier figurals to find. Origin: America, ca. 1930. Condition: some plating wear as is usual of Napier items; the base is slightly out of round. Size: 5-7/8” tall.

A great 8-piece Art Deco traveling bar cocktail shaker in its original leather case. The set includes the two-part shaker, a strainer lid that can be inverted to become a citrus juicer, and four glasses. Most of these sets were made in Germany, but this example is stamed "Made In Austria". Ca. 1925. Condition: excellent, interior gilding intact, normal wear to original leather case. 5" tall (cased).

Nice B & O Railroad plate, the border with transfer decoration of historic train engines and the well with a view of Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia. The back has the shield and is marked “Scammell’s Lamberton China/Design Patented”. This mark only appears on 9” plates and was used between 1930 and the beginning of World War II. Origin: America, ca. 1935. Condition: mint. Size: 9” diameter.
