Silverplate jigger in the shape of a shotgun shell. The side is engraved "Just A Shot." The detail is quite nice--even on the bottom it is engraved to show the strike for the firing pin. Holds 2oz. The bottom is hallmarked "PHV & Co./Made in England". Very good condition, no dings, light wear to plating form normal use. 3-9/32" tall.

An unusual sterling silver "Bourbon" decanter tag. The title is spelled out in pierced letters. The back is hallmarked by Leonore Doskow. The designer founded her company in the early 1930s and focused on entirely handmade small silver items for an exclusive clientele. The company is still operating. Ca. 1960. Condition: excellent. Size: 1-9/32" diameter. Weight: 6.0 grams.

A nice small sterling silver jigger in the form of a thimble. The top border is engraved “Only A Thimble Full”. The interior is gilt. Thimble jiggers were popular beginning at the end of the 19th century all the way through the cocktail heyday of the 1940s. Hallmarked by Webster Silver Co.

This enormous silverplate jigger by Napier measures up to 8oz! Shaped as a shotgun shell, the jigger conceals a music box in the bottom that plays “How Dry I Am”. This is one of the more difficult old Napier figurals to find.

Origin: America, ca. 1930. Condition: some plating wear as is usual of Napier items; the base is slightly out of round. Size: 5-7/8” tall.

Sterling silver rolling jigger in the “Cordis” pattern by Tiffany & Co. This modernist design was created in 1958 and is no longer in production. The jigger is made to sit on the edge of the glass or cocktail shaker, and when it is filled, it can be tipped over to pour directly into the glass. The handle is hallmarked by Tiffany & Co.

A great 8-piece Art Deco traveling bar cocktail shaker in its original leather case. The set includes the two-part shaker, a strainer lid that can be inverted to become a citrus juicer, and four glasses. Most of these sets were made in Germany, but this example is stamed "Made In Austria". Ca. 1925. Condition: excellent, interior gilding intact, normal wear to original leather case. 5" tall (cased).

Classic sterling silver double jigger by S. Kirk & Son. One end measures 1 oz. and the other measures 2 oz. The inside is stamped with the hallmark by Kirk in the mid-20th century and has the pattern number “253”.

Excellent silverplated miniature cocktail shaker by Napier. The top features a lovely Art Deco rooster head design. There is the expected darkening to the plating typical of Napier items. Holds just enough for one generous martini. Bottom is marked "Napier Pat. Pend." 6.5" tall. This is basically the same shaker that was used in Napier’s “Foursome” set pictured in Visakay’s book, but with the more decorative rooster cap.

Handsome Art Deco silverplated combination jigger/bar spoon by Napier. The top is marked in 1/2-oz. increments from 1/2 oz. to 1-1/2 oz. At the point where the jigger connects to the spoon,there is a bottle opener. The stem is marked "Napier Pat. Pend."

Origin: America, circa 1935. Condition: excellent, appears to be barely used. Size: 9" long.
