| Outstanding vintage German ratchet noisemaker featuring a composition black cat head wearing a crepe paper ruffle. The clacker blades are painted black, the rest of the wood is natural. The top is stamped "Germany". Circa 1920s. Condition: very good, the crepe paper has some fading, the strikers are original but have been reglued. Size: 8" tall. | ||||||||
