A French porcelain oyster plate thickly molded in an embossed form then decorated with violet flowers and rusty leaves highlighted with gilding. The plate, made circa 1900, is in excellent condition with no damage but some of the thin gilding has rubbed off the rim. It measures 8-3/4 inches in diameter.

An unusual majolica dish made in the 19th century in continental Europe, most likely in France. Like most majolica it has no identifying maker's mark. A very distinctive motif, possibly delphiniums with a leaf represented in the center of the dish. It is in mint condition and measures 6-1/2 by 6 inches.

An early redware platter hand-painted with floral decor and two figures, in the traditional Quimper style. Made by Grande Maison HB circa 1890 the platter measures 15 inches in length and about 11-1/2 inches in width. The male figure holds a staff and the female is knitting. The painting is primitive and charming, and the colors include a rusty orange rather than the more typical red. This is a 19thc. majolica comport with reticulated border, along with six matching plates. The central motif is a large strawberry leaf in blue-green, with pink strawberry flowers, fern fronds, and a blue bow. The base of the comport has additional Greek key trim. The comport measures 8-3/4 inches in diameter by 4-1/2 inches tall, the plates are 7-3/4 inches in diameter.
